DGY SERIES NON-AERATED BEVERAGE 3-IN-1 MACHINE
用途：
该机主要由冲瓶机，灌装机，封盖机三部分组成。结构紧凑，简洁，合理。适用于各种果汁饮料、茶饮料的热灌装生产，同时更换少量的零部件，便可用于纯净水、矿泉水的灌装。
Usage:
This machine is compose of washer,filter
and capper.It is desigined by Concision and ratization of the compacted
structure.It can be used for different kinds of fruit juices\tea
hot drink production.With only a few parts changed,the machine can
also be used for mineral water filling.
特点：
①整机采用卡颈悬挂设计，且采用灌装阀升降，从而使瓶在高速运行状态下平稳、可靠，同时，更换极少的变更件，可方便、快捷、轻松地实现不同瓶型的生产之需。
②弹簧式冲洗钳手，空瓶随轨道自动进行180°翻转，内外三道冲洗 ，冲瓶效率高。
③采用先进的微负压重力式灌装原理，灌装快、稳、准，高有完善的物料回流系统，也可以实现回流时独立回气，不与物料接触，减少物料二次污染及氧化。
④采用磁力扭矩式旋盖头，实现抓盖、拧盖功能。拧盖力矩无级可调，具有矩旋封塑盖功能。整机人机界面触摸屏控制、PLC计算机控制、变频器控制等先进技术。
⑤回转式理盖器不损坏盖表面，无噪声。滑道装有光电检测装置。根据用户要求，可配置盖子提升机。
⑥与饮料接触零部件均采用优质不锈钢材料制造，符合国家食品要求。
Features:

The suspending bottle-neck clamping design is used machine,the
filling valve are used to bottles stabie during the high speed moving
status.By changing a few parts,the bottles easilt.

Spring carmps used in the bottle washing process.The empty bottles
can be turned over 180°along the conveying rail.There are two times of internal
and external washing ,the efficiency of bottle washing is high.

The advanced micro-negative pressure filling technology is used
in this maching.The filling is quick,steady and accurate.The beverage
feedback system is well designed,the gas can be fed back separately,has
no contact with beverage,reduce the second time pollution and oxidation.

Magnetic torque is used for screw capping ,the power of screw
capping can be adjusted step-less,it can use constant power to screwcapping
the plastic caps.
⑤
Rotary cap tallting machine does not injure the surface of gaps
and there is no noise.The slide provides with photo-electic detection
device.According to the requirements of customer it can be fit with
cap hoister.
⑥
To adopt quality stanless steel to manufacture the contact parts
with drinks coinsides with the sanitary demand.
